April 1, 2025- Well this is no April fool’s joke, the citizens of Texas are getting the shaft again from the clowns running the show under the big top in Austin. As each year passes tens of thousands of Texans are falling further behind financially and in the social ranking. If the problems facing taxpayers and homeowners were not so serious and getting worse by each passing day this could be the makings of a great sitcom! There are no words to describe the frustration, heartache and hopelessness expressed by innocent people that have lost their homes and wealth by being taxed illegally to fund the corrupt and immoral public education system in Texas and across the nation.

In counties all across north Texas taxpayers are joining forces to bring criminal charges and civil lawsuits against school officials in several north Texas school districts. Taxpayers and homeowners that have lost their homes or in the process are filing personal lawsuits against school superintendents and school board members that put thousands of taxpayers in financial jeopardy and in many cases bankruptcy. For decades school officials and school board trustees have failed to protect taxpayers from exponentially increasing property taxes to fund bond packages that have been put forth and violate several key tenants of Chapter 45 of the Texas Education Agency (TEA) Code. These actions are deliberate by design an intent to defraud taxpayers in school districts across Texas.

Taxpayers have filed multiple criminal complaints naming everyone involved with the US Justice Department and the Securities Exchange Commission. The evidence and facts that have been submitted are overwhelming proof of the fraud and corruption that has existed in Texas school districts for decades. Homeowners that have lost their homes after huge bond packages were passed in their towns and cities are investigating the options to file lawsuits against school officials and taxpayers that voted on these bond packages to recover their losses and to restore their financial creditability. Some of the cities and towns include Aledo, Frisco, Godley, Argyle, Lewisville, Itasca, and Cleburne to name a few.

Texans Reliving the Same History as the Colonist of the 1700’s Prior to the Revolution of 1776

March 28, 2025- Citizens of Texas as well as those across the nation are living in perilous times today. The overreach and oppression of government is exponentially increasing as each year goes by. Taxpayers and homeowners are falling further behind no matter how hard they work or how many jobs they hold down. The greatest financial impact on the average citizen and homeowner is in regard to property taxes to fund the corrupt and broken public education system in America. Homeowners in Texas are being foreclosed on and their most valuable asset their homes as a direct result of the actions of school superintendents and board trustees that have failed to do their jobs to protect taxpayers from adverse financial harm.

Thousands of taxpayers are starting to realize the public education system and local school district officials are responsible for the loss of thousands of homes and putting taxpayers in financial bankruptcy. Taxpayers in Texas are joining forces to hold school officials accountable and filing criminal charges personally against them for violating key tenants of the law(s) and statutes that govern school financing in Texas. School districts across the state of Texas have committed bond fraud for decades. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has investigated several school districts in Texas and brought criminal charges against school officials for fraud and corruption regarding taxpayer money.

A revolution is building in Texas much like what took place almost 250 years ago in this country. Citizens, taxpayers and homeowners are fighting back at all costs to hold those in the public education sector accountable for financial damage and harm. Efforts are underway to educate homeowners and give them the tools and resources to file criminal complaints. In many cases bringing civil lawsuits against school officials individually to try and recover the losses they have endured as a result to ignorance, arrogance and deliberate design and intent to defraud the public.

Taxpayers must join together and stay laser focused on these issues to protect their wealth and property and the future of their children and grandchildren.

Taxpayers Exposing Fraud and Corruption with School Bonds in Texas

As Austin parties and innocent people continue to lose their homes and forced into financial ruin multiple criminal complaints have been filed over the past two weeks with the US Justice Department, and more are on the way. Taxpayers are holding every elected leader involved at the highest level in Austin fully accountable to the rule of law and punishment due them. Of the 8,674 Bills filed by legislators not a single bill addresses the root problem regarding school financing and people losing their homes in Texas. The very fact of the matter is there is not a single person holding office at any level in Austin that has a clue about how bad the financial landscape of Texas is.

Those involved in the Ponzi scheme include leaders in Austin at the highest level of office, multiple state agencies, school superintendents, school board trustees, and financial institutions holding and managing the bond portfolios. Over the next several weeks individuals directly involved will be exposed and many will face criminal charges for fraud, corruption and racketeering regarding hundreds of billions of dollars that cannot be accounted for. The numbers are staggering to say the least and this has been going on for decades in Texas, but it will soon be coming to an end finally. Taxpayers will be relieved of the burden of bond debt that has accumulated over several decades and no longer have to worry about losing their homes.

Lost Your Home or In the Process from Fraud and Corruption with School Bonds? Thank Public Education!

March 12, 2025 – The thousands of people that have lost their most valuable asset their homes or the ones who are caught in the middle of foreclosure or forced sale of their homes due to skyrocketing property taxes can give a great BIG THANK YOU to public education in America. It is hard to believe that in the greatest nation that has ever existed has put completely innocent people out on the street to keep a select group of elites employed. The financial condition of main street America is teetering on a total financial collapse that will make the depression of 1929 look like a walk in the park.

The most troubling part of this tragedy is there is no help coming from anywhere soon. The financial catastrophe and devastation facing every American and family is far worse than anyone can imagine. The talking heads in the media and political bureaucrats do not have an answer simply because they do not understand the problem. The most troubling part of the complete disintegration coming to America is the fact that so many want to defend the public education system and those who are part of it. It is the public education system that is to blame for the academic downfall and dumbing down of the citizens for decades.

The vast majority of people today are not capable of surviving what is coming and unlike those Americans that survived the Great Depression people today are ignorant in regard to the skills and commonsense needed to survive. History is one of the greatest tools in the toolbox to learn how to not repeat the same mistakes, unfortunately history is not taught any longer in schools in America today.

Can Texas Weather the Storm Coming!

March 5, 2025 – Multiple criminal complaints have been filed with the US Justice Department regarding hundreds of billions of dollars tied to the Guaranteed Bond Fund and School Bond debt in Texas. The principal and interest on the outstanding bond debt in Texas is upwards of $650.0 billion dollars that will NEVER be repaid. It is mathematically impossible to repay the debt. Those elected officials at the highest level of office in Texas have been called out for allowing the bond debt to skyrocket out of control and the reason thousands of taxpayers are losing their homes in Texas.

Elected leaders in Austin have kept a very bad problem hidden from taxpayers for decades regarding bonds and bond debt that is going to bring some serious financial pain to many individuals in Texas. It is the result of bad policy and law enacted in Texas over six decades ago by elected leaders and bureaucrats who simply do not understand the fundamentals of business and financial accountability. Taxpayers have taken it upon themselves to correct a very bad problem and to put commonsense back into the forefront of governing and the rule of law. Those who have benefitted financially and ignored the pain and suffering of innocent citizens and taxpayers will be held accountable to the full measure of the law and punishment due them. Make no mistake about it BIG change is coming to Texas and it’s coming very soon!

Multiple criminal complaints have been filed The work, time and energy spent by a few hard-working individuals in Texas to expose one of the largest Ponzi schemes that has ever existed will soon be the news of the century.

Thanks, Austin, for Putting Me Out on the Street!

February 28, 2025 – The work, time and energy spent by a few hard-working individuals in Texas to expose one of the largest Ponzi schemes that has ever existed will soon be the news of the century. The fraud and corruption surrounding the school bond debt in Texas is in the $600.0 billion dollar plus figure in Texas. The debt that has been allowed to accumulate over decades by kicking the debt can down the road can never be repaid. Taxpayers and homeowners cannot even meet the interest payments due on bond payments much less make any gains on reducing the principal debt. The ad-valorem taxation on personal property and tax rate structure in place is by design a system of creating and maintain perpetual debt forever. The Ponzi scheme has been exposed over the past two weeks and how it works.

Taxpayers have been hoodwinked by local school district board members and leaders in Texas for many years. The sympathetic plea “we are doing this for the children” has bankrupted Texas. The debt time bomb is at the end of its fuse. For decades the bond debt has increased exponentially and it far past the ability to ever be repaid. What has happened in Texas mirrors the debt monster at the federal level. For decades school officials have violated the Texas State Constitution and statutes that prohibit excessive increases in debt, and this has come to the surface now. Elected leaders have turned a blind eye to the problem and let it fester into what will be one of the largest financial collapses in modern times. But the ones that have paid the ultimate cost are those homeowners and taxpayers who have lost their homes and all of their wealth because leaders around the state and in Austin simply do not care regardless of what they tell you.

Attention Austin, Texas – Lead, Follow or Get Out of Our Way!

February 22, 2025 – All eyes are on Austin, Texas during this legislative session. So far it has been the typical three ring circus watching elected leaders waste time arguing over Bills that are in direct opposition and in which neither have any hope or connection to problems or issues they are aimed at solving. This cannot be truer in regard to the public education system and school funding in Texas. There is not a single Bill put forth at this time that has a chance to bring permanent relief to those taxpayers and homeowners that continue to lose their homes every day in Texas. The stories of both young and older homeowners that have lost their home due to sky-rocketing property taxes is a tragedy of epic proportion.

Not a single elected official in over fifty-years even knows or understands the root problem facing Texas and one that will soon bring it to its knees. There is one chance in Austin at this time with a Bill that is in the legislative council phase that would bring a complete and permanent solution for homeowners and protect them from ever losing their most valuable asset their home. Helen Kerwin House District 58 has a Bill working its way through the process at this. It has the potential to be one of the most important Bills to have ever been put to vote in Austin. A Bill that will safeguard the future wealth and prosperity of taxpayers indefinitely. Texas must repeal property taxes, and it must happen during this session to prevent the total financial collapse of the State of Texas as well as other states across the country. The fraud and corruption that has been exposed regarding the bond debt of the State of Texas as shown on the Texas Bond Review Board website will lead to criminal charges being filed against many high-level elected leaders in Texas. The financial status and position in the state related to the current bonds issued will lead to criminal charges and sentencing to dozens that are involved in the Ponzi scheme.

Calling All State Representatives, Calling All State Representatives _____ Are You There_____? Please Respond, The Taxpayers Are Waiting!

February 18, 2025 – While taxpayers are losing their homes in Texas every day and criminal charges are being filed against school district officials and central appraisal district officers and board members State Representatives are missing in action in Texas. In State District 13 in North Central Texas Representative Angelia Orr has been silent for the past four years on important matters regarding taxpayers in District 13 while the process of filing dozens of criminal complaints against school district officials and the CADs in multiple counties has started. Taxpayers are in the process of having State Representatives removed from office that have not responded to serious problems that have existed for decades in Texas regarding property taxes, school funding and misuse of taxpayer funds. Elected leaders that have failed to do their job and listen to the complaints of constituents in their districts are being exposed for corruption and relationships with businesses and individuals that resulted in great financial gain(s) at the expense of taxpayers.

Washington D.C. Politicians Can Learn Something from Austin Texas!

February 15, 2025 – The average person in the State of Texas does not understand how deep the swamp is in Austin, Texas. Washington D.C. does not hold a candle in regard to fraud, corruption and racketeering and how the game of politics is played. Austin, Texas is the Ace of Spades when it comes to the game of politics, greed and corruption. Having worked in over thirty states across the US and at every level of government Texas gets the Gold Ribbon in corruption. You do not have to look very far and hard to find fraud and corruption running rampant in Texas. And to the surprise of taxpayers across the state they are getting a real up-close look today due to the work and efforts of a small group of individuals that have spent years and thousands of hours to expose fraud and corruption in local government and to the surprise of thousands what is going in under the hood in school districts in Texas.

Dozens of criminal complaints are being filed in school districts in several counties that will expose fraud and corruption that has gone unchecked for years. Dozens of school officials and board members will receive their own personal invitation to court. The fraud and corruption surrounding annual school budgets, bond programs, pension funds are going to result in many individuals finding out their pension funds are empty. The financial fallout will be far reaching as these stories start to make it out to the public. Taxpayers are finally going to receive the relief from illegal taxation on personal property. Over the next few weeks taxpayers across the North Central Texas area will be delivering criminal complaints to local authorities and filing these with the US Justice Department. Leaders in Austin will be exposed for covering up what has been allowed for decades in Texas. The criminal complaints will be posted at commonsenselaw.org as they are delivered and filed with authorities.

On Wrong Side of History Again!

February 6, 2025 – Parents and Conservatives demanding the State of Texas and bureaucrats get out of their lives regarding their children and education are once again disappointed and let down by those who claim to be on the side of parental rights and the freedoms and liberties granted in the US Constitution. The political fallout for so-called Republican leaders will be far reaching in Texas if its leaders do not repeal property taxes and restore full rights to parents. Government has no right to interfere with parental rights and how they choose to provide the education for their children. The ground swell is growing in north central Texas to right the wrongs by the State of Texas for decades.

The problems in public school regarding woke culture, diversity and left-wing agendas are just part of the reasons tens of thousands of parents are pulling their children out of the public school system. Fraud and Corruption regarding School Finance, Assault and sexual misconduct between public educators and students is at an all-time high in Texas. Leaders in Austin simply do not get the message. The news from Austin yesterday about the House passing a school choice measure tells the story completely, leaders are simply not listening to their constituents. The measure before legislature to allow vouchers for private school of $10,000.00, $11,5000.00 for children with disabilities and $2000.00 for home-schooled children if passed will be met head on with lawsuits from parents for discrimination. All children should be recognized as the same and with no differences, this is the way scripture teaches what the value of a single life is in the eyes of Al Mighty God. What is happening in Austin Texas so far in this session is appalling and disgusting and will be far reaching across the State of Texas.

Why Johnny Can’t Read!

February 5, 2025 – Not a day goes by that taxpayers are not amazed and disgusted with what happens every day in the public education system. For those that are old enough to remember Jerry Clower the comedian from Yazoo Mississippi. You might recall his take on the public education system. His story explained why Johnny can’t read. It was because “Johnnie’s momma and daddy don’t give a care! It was a direct shot at the parents of children attending school. During that time period and the same is true today millions of parents simply do not care and not involved in the process of educating their children. Parents simply dumped the responsibility on the public education system. Things are much different today. Not only are the parents of millions of children not engaged or care but those employed in the public education system do not care any longer.

Fraud and Corruption with School Bonds in Texas has Created Major Financial Problems for Homeowners

To take it to another level administrators and school boards do not care and have ignored their responsibilities as educators and as public servants. Taxpayers in the Itasca ISD located in Hill County in north central Texas have found out just how bad things are in regard to education and accountability to the taxpayers footing the bill and keeping teachers employed. The Itasca ISD superintendent and board members have refused to cooperate with inquires and investigations into the district’s financial record and history to expose fraud and corruption with school bonds issued by the district that have not been paid off. Itasca school officials have hidden behind lawyers to do their jobs for them and to shield them from the complaints by taxpayers in their district. A recent email was received from the legal firm and lawyer representing the Itasca ISD. It was a response to a formal written request per the “Public Open Records Act” for answers to question pertaining to $965,000,000.00 dollars in contracts.

The district’s board of trustees signed and executed the contracts without a vote from taxpayers to subsidize the Green Energy Industry by issuing large tax abatements to the owners and operators of the solar farms constructed within the district’s boundaries. These types of requests are normal among taxpayers to school districts. What caught taxpayers by surprise in this story is the reply by the law firm and lawyer representing the Itasca ISD in Hill County, Texas. The replies to specific questions by the lawyer referenced school board meetings and minutes for the Itasca ISD located in the state of Illinois! The school district officials and lawyers do not even know what state or district they are representing! This is just one of the reasons why Johnnie can’t read, neither can school officials or lawyers whose salaries and fees are being paid for by the taxpayers who are broke.
