April 1, 2025- Well this is no April fool’s joke, the citizens of Texas are getting the shaft again from the clowns running the show under the big top in Austin. As each year passes tens of thousands of Texans are falling further behind financially and in the social ranking. If the problems facing taxpayers and homeowners were not so serious and getting worse by each passing day this could be the makings of a great sitcom! There are no words to describe the frustration, heartache and hopelessness expressed by innocent people that have lost their homes and wealth by being taxed illegally to fund the corrupt and immoral public education system in Texas and across the nation.
In counties all across north Texas taxpayers are joining forces to bring criminal charges and civil lawsuits against school officials in several north Texas school districts. Taxpayers and homeowners that have lost their homes or in the process are filing personal lawsuits against school superintendents and school board members that put thousands of taxpayers in financial jeopardy and in many cases bankruptcy. For decades school officials and school board trustees have failed to protect taxpayers from exponentially increasing property taxes to fund bond packages that have been put forth and violate several key tenants of Chapter 45 of the Texas Education Agency (TEA) Code. These actions are deliberate by design an intent to defraud taxpayers in school districts across Texas.
Taxpayers have filed multiple criminal complaints naming everyone involved with the US Justice Department and the Securities Exchange Commission. The evidence and facts that have been submitted are overwhelming proof of the fraud and corruption that has existed in Texas school districts for decades. It is hard to believe that in the greatest nation that has ever existed has put completely innocent people out on the street to keep a select group of elites employed. The fraud and corruption surrounding the school bond debt in Texas is in the $600.0 billion dollar plus figure in Texas. The debt that has been allowed to accumulate over decades by kicking the debt can down the road can never be repaid. Taxpayers and homeowners cannot even meet the interest payments due on bond payments much less make any gains on reducing the principal debt. The ad-valorem taxation on personal property and tax rate structure in place is by design a system of creating and maintain perpetual debt forever. The Ponzi scheme has been exposed over the past two weeks and how it works.
Taxpayers have been hoodwinked by local school district board members and leaders in Texas for many years. The sympathetic plea “we are doing this for the children” has bankrupted Texas. There is not a single Bill put forth at this time that has a chance to bring permanent relief to those taxpayers and homeowners that continue to lose their homes every day in Texas. The stories of both young and older homeowners that have lost their home due to sky-rocketing property taxes is a tragedy of epic proportion.
Not a single elected official in over fifty-years even knows or understands the root problem facing Texas and one that will soon bring it to its knees. There is one chance in Austin at this time with a Bill that is in the legislative council phase that would bring a complete and permanent solution for homeowners and protect them from ever losing their most valuable asset their home. February 6, 2025 – Parents and Conservatives demanding the State of Texas and bureaucrats get out of their lives regarding their children and education are once again disappointed and let down by those who claim to be on the side of parental rights and the freedoms and liberties granted in the US Constitution. The political fallout for so-called Republican leaders will be far reaching in Texas if its leaders do not repeal property taxes and restore full rights to parents. Government has no right to interfere with parental rights and how they choose to provide the education for their children. The ground swell is growing in north central Texas to right the wrongs by the State of Texas for decades.
The problems in public school regarding woke culture, diversity and left-wing agendas are just part of the reasons tens of thousands of parents are pulling their children out of the public school system. The news from Austin yesterday about the House passing a school choice measure tells the story completely, leaders are simply not listening to their constituents. The measure before legislature to allow vouchers for private school of $10,000.00, $11,5000.00 for children with disabilities and $2000.00 for home-schooled children if passed will be met head on with lawsuits from parents for discrimination. All children should be recognized as the same and with no differences, this is the way scripture teaches what the value of a single life is in the eyes of Al Mighty God. February 5, 2025 – Not a day goes by that taxpayers are not amazed and disgusted with what happens every day in the public education system. For those that are old enough to remember Jerry Clower the comedian from Yazoo Mississippi. You might recall his take on the public education system. His story explained why Johnny can’t read. It was because “Johnnie’s momma and daddy don’t give a care! It was a direct shot at the parents of children attending school. During that time period and the same is true today millions of parents simply do not care and not involved in the process of educating their children. Parents simply dumped the responsibility on the public education system. Things are much different today. Not only are the parents of millions of children not engaged or care but those employed in the public education system do not care any longer.
Fraud and Corruption with School Bonds in Texas has Created Major Financial Problems for Homeowners
To take it to another level administrators and school boards do not care and have ignored their responsibilities as educators and as public servants. Taxpayers in the Itasca ISD located in Hill County in north central Texas have found out just how bad things are in regard to education and accountability to the taxpayers footing the bill and keeping teachers employed. The Itasca ISD superintendent and board members have refused to cooperate with inquires and investigations into the district’s financial record and history to expose fraud and corruption with school bonds issued by the district that have not been paid off. Itasca school officials have hidden behind lawyers to do their jobs for them and to shield them from the complaints by taxpayers in their district. A recent email was received from the legal firm and lawyer representing the Itasca ISD. It was a response to a formal written request per the “Public Open Records Act” for answers to question pertaining to $965,000,000.00 dollars in contracts.
The district’s board of trustees signed and executed the contracts without a vote from taxpayers to subsidize the Green Energy Industry by issuing large tax abatements to the owners and operators of the solar farms constructed within the district’s boundaries. These types of requests are normal among taxpayers to school districts. What caught taxpayers by surprise in this story is the reply by the law firm and lawyer representing the Itasca ISD in Hill County, Texas. The replies to specific questions by the lawyer referenced school board meetings and minutes for the Itasca ISD located in the state of Illinois! The school district officials and lawyers do not even know what state or district they are representing! This is just one of the reasons why Johnnie can’t read, neither can school officials or lawyers whose salaries and fees are being paid for by the taxpayers who are broke.
