Hundreds of Individuals Including Corrupt School District Officials, Contractors, Vendors, Energy Engineers and Consultants to be Named in the Federal Investigations into Fraud and Corruption in Texas with School District Finances, Bond Referendums, Chapter 313 Agreements and Lucrative Energy Contracts Since 1995.

Since late 2001 one individual in Texas has been on a laser focused mission to expose corrupt school district officials and fraud and corruption relating to a very lucrative business and industry that has cost the taxpayers of Texas billions of dollars in energy conservation contracts hidden from taxpayers by using a very deceptive and corrupt funding mechanism known as :off-balance sheet financing and long-term lease purchase agreements financed by third-party financial entities. It is the sort of crime and corruption you read in crime novels. But this time the smart crooks have been exposed by their own deceptive tactics they used to hoodwink state leaders, city and county officials and even officials in the local school districts across the state of Texas.

It has been an uphill battle for one citizen since 2001 to expose fraud and corruption that is rampant across the state of Texas. Every elected official, state official, state agencies and corrupt school district official has tried to hide and sweep under the carpet what has been allowed for almost three decades in Texas while taxpayers and homeowners have made the ultimate sacrifice financially and, in many cases, even the loss of their most valuable asset their homes. Every avenue tried to expose the fraud and corruption ended at the door(s) of corrupt politicians and elected leaders even down to the local school district level. It has been an emotional roller coaster of ups and downs for over two decades for taxpayers.

Taxpayers in Texas caught a huge break when the US Justice Department exposed a huge bribery kickback scheme at the same time a citizen that worked in an undercover roll was trying to expose major problems with a multi-phased contract between the La Joya ISD and Performance Services Inc. in the Rio Grande Valley. This was a major breakthrough for taxpayers because leaders at the highest level in Texas ignored the pleas and documented request(s) from taxpayers to intervene and stop the fraud and corruption since 2006 when the first requests were made asking for help from Austin. It was a very trying and difficult period of time because not a single elected leader state representative or law enforcement agency would take action. Taxpayers are not represented fairly in Texas in many aspects. The rights of taxpayers and citizens and been suppressed and violated by elected leaders and officials at every level including corrupt school district officials.

In late 2024 several taxpayers and individuals that have been working in different areas but with the same goals to stop fraud and corruption related to property taxes, bond referendums, school finances, Chapter 313 Agreements and off-balance sheet long-term lease purchase agreements hidden from taxpayers for decades joined forces and have been working together to expose what has been going on for decades.

Fast Forward

High level lawyers in Washington DC with the experience and knowledge have taken the initiative and steps to work with individuals in Texas and file criminal cases at the federal level with the FBI, DOJ, SEC and federal investigators. It has taken thousands of hours, tens of thousands of dollars and every available hour of spare time since 2001 to get to this point and time. It is hard to explain to the average citizen to understand what is going on under the hood. Unless you have worked and been involved in how the system really works it is impossible to stop it. Due to years working as a contractor, vendor and energy engineer in eight states I witnessed fraud and corruption at every level of government for over twenty-years. I resigned from the last ESCO company after working in an undercover role in Texas to gather data and information needed to expose the fraud and corruption in court cases being pursued at the federal level. Leaders in Texas have failed taxpayers for decades by standing by and watching taxpayers and homeowners lose their homes because of fraud and corruption sanctioned by leaders in Austin Texas at every level and in school districts across the state of Texas.
